C.A.I purchased this treadmill used from a snap fitness and it didn’t have the lower control pca. I replaced the pca 2 days ago, tested the treadmill, worked great. Yesterday, I ran 1 mile on the treadmill, worked great. Today, I go to start the treadmill, it immediately starts fast and runs for 1-2 seconds, then stops and gives error code 6. I ran it through the speed calibration program with no luck. Replacing it merely extended time until it failed again. Why doesn't the motor start? http://infoguard.ru/content/breitling-chronometre-aerospace-user-manual.xml diamondback 1100 elliptical manual, diamondback 1100 el elliptical trainer manual, diamondback elliptical 1100 manual, diamondback elliptical 1100 manual pdf, diamondback elliptical 1100 manual download, diamondback elliptical 1100 manual instructions, diamondback elliptical 1100 manual review. Do you sell this part? I found this in an amazon review; 5.0 out of 5 stars Love the machine, just have one issue The machine is great, and I found my error on how to get customer service. HCI Fitness is in Seattle, and looks like who I'd contact to resolve any further service problems. It certainly isn't obvious from what's inside the box, but now I know and feel much more confident about the machine. Below is my original review: no one selling them. Page 12 WORKOUT GUIDELINES Good Health is an Exercise in Common Sense In the study titled, “The Surgeon General’s Call To Action To Prevent and Decrease Overweight and Obesity,” the surgeon general indicates that 61 of American adults are either overweight or obese. The study indicates that being overweight increases the risk of health problems, such as heart disease, certain types of cancer, as well as Type-2 diabetes among other afflictions. http://schlammatlas.de/en/node/15641 Page 13 Heart Rate is an Important Key to Your Exercise The Surgeon General also released a report on physical activity and health. This report dictates that exercise and fitness are beneficial for a person’s health and reiterated the need for exercise as a key component for disease prevention and healthier living. The best way to determine exercise intensity is to monitor your pulse during exercise. Heart rate can easily be determined by counting the pulse rate at the chest, wrist or carotid artery on your neck. Page 14 In general, a wireless heart rate chest strap is a more accurate method of detecting one’s heart rate as the user is not required to grip the touch heart rate sensors and the unit will continuously display the heart rate no matter where the hands are placed. Page 15 Workout QUALITY AND QUANTITY It is recommended that you accumulate at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week. Physical activity should be initiated slowly and the intensity should be increased gradually. You should select activities that you enjoy and can fit into your daily life. Having Diamondback Fitness equipment at home offers you the opportunity to work out without going to the gym. NOTE: Start slow, with intensity low until you build up endurance and strength. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. Page 17 CONSOLE LAYOUT NOTE: It is advised that new users read this entire section prior to beginning their first workout session. It arrived on pallet, disassembled, essentially in two large, boxes. I managed to get them up an 8” step from my garage and slide them across my tile floor to the back of the house by myself, but it was a chore and I’m not a lightweight. Moving them up a flight of stairs could easily take three people to do it safely and prevent damage to your house. dagasistemas.com/galeria/files/canon-g9-repair-manual-download.pdf Assembly was a little painful because the enclosed diagram is pathetic. The instructions are okay, but trying to marry up the text with the picture is a challenge. I recommend reading the instructions two or three times entirely before you start. And turn off your TV or stereo; you’ll really need to focus. Remember to remove the styrofoam shipping blocks embedded in the machine - they are not easy to reach. Advertised length is deceptive - that’s with the pedals at their shortest throw to the rear. It’s more like 80” in length, and if you have the pedals facing the wall you will also need to leave another one foot gap in the rear. I only left a few inches of clearance and after twice misplacing my foot on the pedal I now have a hole in my wall from heel strikes. After patching my sheetrock I’ll probably mount a small plywood kick board on the wall so I can keep the distance minimal and save my sheetrock from further abuse. The Pulsar chest monitor synced up fine, but as others mentioned, it’s a size Medium and I need a Large. With the heartbeat sensors on the handles I haven’t seen the need to order a larger monitor yet. Handle throw is lengthy - I’m 5’10” with average length arms, and it is a stretch. The reading ledge will be a reach for most, but it’s doable. If you’re constantly having to reach out to hold your reading material open - like a printed book - you may find this uncomfortable. I found reading from an iPad, Kindle, and magazine okay, but if you need reading glasses you might have to wear them. The machine was eerily quiet at first, but that lasted about a day. It’s still quieter than most, but with the TV at the other end of the room, I find myself turning on Closed Captioning so I don’t have to blast the volume to hear the TV dialogue. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the machine. Although not as silent as the first day, it’s not close to what I consider noisy for a machine of this type. https://www.americanapi.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1628053021adb3---Brush-bandit-200-parts-manual.pdf I really appreciate the elevation settings as there is no such thing as a hill workout here in Florida. And even though the length is a little more than I wanted, the compact size still fits well in a corner of my TV room. Being myself quite mechanically inclined, it was easily assembled and got it running right away. We registered our warranty on the web site right away but did not receive an acknowledgement of same. After operating the unit a while we noticed a noise in one of the wheels AND my wife requested that we have separate heart rate monitor belts (two different sizes).so I got on line, ordered another belt and reported the noise. Then another problem with the Heart Rate monitor showed up; my wife using the belt which came with the unit, noticed the read out of HR on the console was not correct.immediately when starting up the unit, the readout indicated an impossible 100bpm and during her exercise indicated as high as 150bpm.Please try again later. StealthBadger 5.0 out of 5 stars I'm trying to build my endurance back up after the flare-up of an old ankle injury, and this is very pleasant to work on. https://wacee.net/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1628053097efbe---brushpoint-toothbrush-manual.pdf I have a Ram Mount tablet mount (built with a mix of individually sold parts) attached to the post holding up the console, and watch videos while working out. This has the added benefit of keeping my head up and back straight. The caveat is that you have to train yourself to be aware of how your feet are positioned, and should stretch and twist before using it - I found my feet slipping outward on the pedals until I got into the habit of keeping my feet against the inside of them. My one complaint is that there is a quiet rubbing noise, almost more felt than heard, on the downstroke of each pedal. I will probably call for a tech to take a look at it just to make sure everything is set up and broken in properly, and will update then. Five stars for now, though! Please try again later. Please try again later. CN 2.0 out of 5 stars As I was putting it together I was impressed with the construction quality, but a little disappointed with the instructions. I'm pretty handy but some steps were just missing (see some of the other reviews for the details). But the real disappointment came when I first went to try it out. I'm assuming it can't tell that I'm pedaling, and that it has the same sensor problem that others have mentioned. I'll call support tomorrow, but given what others have said, I'm not expecting a quick resolution. If the product worked, I expect I'd be pretty happy with it. But as it is, its useless. Update: I tried twice to get ahold of customer support myself. I ended up leaving messages and no one ever got back to me. When I described the issue and my lack of success getting ahold of Diamondback support, the Amazon guy asked how he could help. I suggested that he try to get ahold of customer support, and he did. We went through some simple troubleshooting, and ultimately concluded it was the sensor. The Diamondback guy said they had a bad batch of sensors over a year ago, but he thought they had that problem resolved. www.daddyproofkidswear.com/files/canon-g9-powershot-manual.pdf He then went on to say that they were out of the sensor for that model (sounded to me like they have been sending out lots of replacements), but they had the sensor for another model in stock. The sensor itself was identical to the one in the 1260Ef, but the wire on is was shorter. I told him I could handle splicing in the new sensor as long as it wouldn't invalidate the warrantee. He said it wouldn't, and he shipped me a new sensor and explained how to put it in. Once I got it and installed it, everything worked great. We've used the elliptical for about a month now and are really happy with the purchase. The guy at Diamondback was very helpful, once I was actually able to get ahold of him. Points to Amazon for following up and helping out. As much as I like the product, I would only recommend buying it through Amazon if you're willing to potentially have to fix it yourself, or if you've got a local dealer nearby and you're willing to wait for them to come and fix it. Update (May 2012): We've now used this machine for over a year, and we love it. I'm not improving the rating because of the effort involved in getting it working. But we use it regularly (or try to) and its working well. Good features, solid construction, and fits well in our limited space (its long, but narrow). Please try again later. Please try again later. Susan E. Stonaha 4.0 out of 5 stars I have not been disappointed by the machine, although I AM disappointed with how little my husband has used it. The item is quite heavy, so was difficult for us to get to the second floor of our house. Even though we brought it up piece by piece, the main piece was the part that we struggled with. We ended up doing some damage to our wall as we pushed and shoved the thing up the stairs. Assembly was not hard at all. I had read the warnings by others who said to pay close attention to the instructions, so I did. Everything went together very well. The only critisizm I have is that there is a decorative sleeve that needs to be put over the neck of the machine before other parts are assembled and there was nothing in the instructions about this sleeve. We found it in the box after we had assembled the entire machine and then had to take apart most of what we had done to get this sleeve on. Look for the sleeve before you put anything together and put that on FIRST. The machine works like a champ, when it is used. It is extremely quiet and runs very smoothly. It is also very sturdy. There are many handy features. All in all, I am quite please with this purchase. It was listed at a much higher price on the company web site and in Consumer Reports magazine. Please try again later. Please try again later. John C 5.0 out of 5 stars Being a Amazon Prime customer definitely has it's advantages. Diamondback has one of the easiest set of instructions and packaging I've ever seen in a complicated equipment assembly. This is a very heavy unit to move, so have at least two to three people to help move it in place. It took about 3 hours to assemble and everything worked the first time. However, once we used the elliptical, we noticed a loud metal-against-metal grinding noise. We contacted Amazon and Diamondback for warranty service. We discovered that there is not an Oklahoma dealer for Diamondback and was not sure if we could get someone to perform a service call. Both Amazon and Diamondback responded to our emails within 24 hours. Diamondback stated they would contact someone to work on the machine. Amazon stated they would replace the machine with a new one, if needed, or provide a refund. The service call was rendered within 24 hours of being contacted and the issue was corrected. The elliptical is performing exactly as promised by Consumer's Report and the manufacturer and we are enjoying experimenting with the varied programs offered. We highly recommend both Amazon and Diamondback for their prompt attention to the required warranty issues. This machine has met all our expectations and we are looking forward to using it!Please try again later. Please try again later. Bob M. 5.0 out of 5 stars This machine is sturdy, smooth operation, and easy to operate. I must admit that we were skeptical to spend this money without really seeing or using it first. We used a treadmill prior and this is so much smoother and with no pounding on the bones. The assembly instructions are limited, but if you follow the steps, take your time, and match the pre-packaged mounting hardware numbers with the assembly step numbers you should have no problems. One review said that this machine was not good for a short person with short arms. My wife is 5'3' and has no problems using the machine and reaching the left and right handrails during use. They are easy to miss, but they are marked. The handrails CAN be installed backwards and this will cause the handrails to angle in the wrong direction away from you as you use the machine causing a longer arm reach. I thing the company should re-design the handrails so that they will only fit on the correct side that they belong on. The shipping time and service was also great too. Also, the unit comes shipped on a long narrow wooden pallet and is VERY HEAVY. So if your looking for a quality elliptical machine, I believe this is it!Please try again later. Please try again later. Amazon Customer 3.0 out of 5 stars Our console base cover arrived with one tab broken off. It came in its own bag, and the broken-off tab was not in the bag or anywhere in the entire package. For such an expensive piece of equipment, this is not acceptable. I know that no one is perfect, but in the instructions there were warnings about properly fitting this particular piece during setup so that the tabs don't get broken - this damage has to have occurred before the unit was bagged and boxed, meaning it must have been done by the seller or the seller's shippers. Bad, bad. Please try again later. Please try again later. Bird of Paradise 5.0 out of 5 stars We knew what to look out for, and probably saved time and avoided frustration. The assembly was easy - it took an hour perhaps or less. No headaches. The machine is compact and easily fit into the space we assigned. But best of all, it is so easy to use, has a variety of great and interesting programs, it moves so smoothly and it is quiet. I could not have asked for a better machine. I have used it every days since we got it, and my work out experience is just great. I was worried that the home machine would not stand up to the gymn ones, and that somehow I would be disappointed. I think this one is better - and using it at your convenience - what more could you ask for? Update Jan. 2010: I have been using the machine for 3 months now and absolutley love it. I like all the different programs, and look forward to working out - hope it stays this way. The machine is so quiet that I can work out while my husband is on conference calls. I continue to enjoy using it and can't say enough about the convenience of having it available when I want to use it.Please try again later. Please try again later. M. Stephens 5.0 out of 5 stars I must admit that I was a little nervous about buying such a large purchase through Amazon, but I'm glad I did. Shipping Five Stars I elected to do the free shipping option. My impression was that this unit would not ship for 3-5 days and that it would probably take another 5 days to get to me, so I did not expect this unit to arrive for 1.5 to 2 weeks. In reality, I ordered this product on a Friday night and the product was in my possession on the next Wednesday afternoon. 3 business days is awesome in my book, especially when it's free. I live in the southeast, so not sure if your results would be the same if you live elsewhere. If anything, this was too quick, because the expected time frame was going to be that Friday and it came 2 days earlier. If you are trying to take off work to be available for the shipment, this could be a problem. The elliptical came in a crate and is too much to handle for one person. You need at least 2 strong guys to help you move this unit into your home. I was able to slide it into my garage and uncrate from there. Even disassembled, the base part of this unit is really heavy. I had to get a friend to help me move it up one level of stairs. Assembly 4 Stars As hinted above, this unit is not fully assembled. I would like to think I am handy, but this assembly could be a little tricky. Here are the things that tripped me up. First, there is a rear foor stablizer bar that needs to be installed. The instructions give the wrong screw size, but the screw pack clearly labels the screws to be used for what assembly. For this step, make sure you use the longer screws as labeled in the screw pack, not the size given in the instruction manual. Next, there is a control mast that slides into the base. One thing the instuctions failed to mention (or I failed to pick up on) is a small grey flexible rubber flush piece designed to cover the circular gap between the base plastic housing and the control mast. DO NOT FORGET to slide this piece on before you secure the control mast to the base. Lastly, becareful when you install the handle swing poles. It's easy to get these inverted. Overall Operation 5 stars This unit runs really smooth and quiet. I was concerned about buying an elliptical before I had the chance to try it out, so I only relied on the write up in consumer reports. I have not had a chance to try the provided heart rate attachment, but the fixed handle grips do have a built in heart rate sensor, and that seems to operate correctly. It has several programs for all levels of elliptical users. In summary, I am very pleased with this elliptical and glad I bought it from Amazon. Make sure you have help when you move it and becareful when you assemble it. The footprint for this machine was a little larger than I expected, make sure you have enough space for it.Please try again later. Please try again later. Skryť
